Bug: Discrepancy between recipient aggregate count and GrantsReceived count #192

There seems to be a discrepancy between the OrgDetail view vs OrgGrantsReceived view counts, e.g. https://store.data.threesixtygiving.org/api/experimental/org/GB-CHC-1164883/ says 29 grants but https://store.data.threesixtygiving.org/api/experimental/org/GB-CHC-1164883/ says 28.
