Translations - Providing translations where possible for major locale groups in the site’s target audience, and also if possible providing a mechanism to easily localise the content, preferably in a crowdsourced/open way. At Mozilla for example we use Pontoon: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Localizing_with_Pontoon (CM)
