Sometimes, I find myself wanting to include a block of text that displays how a screenreader would typically say or announce something (like the computed label of an element or something).
I usually just use a blockquote for that, but maybe it would be nice to have a specal shortcode for this (alongside notes and warnings).
The SR output could be rendered in a speech bubble and / or could have a special 'talking head' icon next to it (indicating this would normally be spoken).
I could probably try to add this shortcode myself (it's not so hard), but I'm not sure if my CSS coding habbits are up to your standards ;)

@roelvangils I quite like this idea. Maybe just an multi-purpose enhanced blockquote shortcode, specifically for speech which automatically adds curly double quotes?
