Error while compilinq rules file

Hey, guys!
I have tried to run DRC with Calibre v2015, v2017.3_29.23, and v2021. The same error occurred as follows.
I'd like to know it is due to my calibre version or my runset files. Could someone help me with the problem? Thanks!

Hi, the screenshot links are broken but I probably have the same problem. I get a DECRYPT4 error as soon as I load the DRC ruleset.

I am using the exact Calibre version specified in the headers: aoi_cal_2017.4_19.14.

LVS and RCX decks work just fine. It's just DRC that throws a DECRYPT4 error immediately.

In case there's something wrong with my version of the file, I am also posting the sha1sum of the DRC rule file: aa185a0f11359b8bbed718b4a6d379ca7aaaa8de
