Issue parsing LEF file in genus #13

This is what genus reports:

Error   : The LEF parser encountered an error. [PHYS-110] [set_db]
        : ERROR (LEFPARS-1): parse error, see file /home/spagliar/asap7nm/run/../lef//asap7sc7p5t_28_L_1x_220121a.lef at line 17127
Last token was <TIEHIGH;>, space is missing before <;>

It's a simple typo, easy to fix. This was found on current commit of the lef file from a few days ago. Genus version is 17.11.
