Seems the scaled 4x versions of cells are generated but no script exists? #1

Given the random extra space at the end of lines, it seems like the files at https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/asap7/tree/master/asap7sc7p5t_27/LEF/scaled are generated from the files at https://github.com/The-OpenROAD-Project/asap7/tree/master/asap7sc7p5t_27/LEF

However, I can't seem to find any script which would do this?
