Problem Description

I know everything today is about HD and quality, but would it be possible to also add 360p format as well. I prefer a smaller fast compact experience that is watchable over a heavy HD bloated one quantity over quality if you will.

Proposed Solution

In settings bellow 720p, 480p would it be possible to also add a 360p option as well
