Waiting on: FabricMC/fabric#3543

The Yung datapacks and Biome Makeover datapacks require overriding specific data files in Repurposed Structures. I need FAPI to allow my datapack-as-a-mod to specify to always override Repurposed Structures without needing any code. Otherwise, I cannot make the mods in the format I would like.

Gonna pause on updating those datapacks into mods for now until this changes. Hopefully 1.20.4 FAPI can get the feature. Otherwise, it'll have to be 1.21
