To have the ability to delete or hide accounts which are not active

As a temporary solution edit their year of grad (YOG) to a non number. What I had been doing is adding a / to the front so mine would be: /2011

and that will remove them.

I'm thinking that the best solution for this would be to have an inactive group?
Then an admin can add the user to that group.

Inactive users won't show up on the userlist, and won't showup on the team member page.
Should they be able to log in?

I think they should be able to log in and reactivate there account on login, like get prompted on login

It would also be nice to have some kinda metrics / statictics.
