Crash on server startup

Hi! I want to apologize in advance for requesting further support for an old version (1.16.5). I understand that most developers prefere to focus on newer versions of Minecraft, which usually implicates abandoning older ones. That being said, I recently uploaded a major update to my modpack that involved the Oreganised mod. It's become a pretty important asset and I really don't want to remove it from the modpack. However, it seems Oreganised is causing a crash when I try to start a server. Could someone in the development team please take a look at it? I would really appreciate it if you could at least provide some feedback as to fix the issue if you're not interested in fixing it yourself.
