select tree type has wrong properties

This section needs a validation of the single properties - probably some of the relation
properties like MM are not valid.

From a quick look in the code the following also are not used:

maxitems, minitems, multiple while the field wizard seems to have the same options like in selectMultipleSideBySide

However, I don't really understand the code here to verify these
