Set up Travis CI

We need to set up continuous integration on this repository so that any pull requests are automatically submitted to the restricted set of unit tests. @sebastiansajie @jdebacker

@sebastiansajie I've requested permission to add a Travis CI web hook to this repo -- it requires permission of a TRPU-India Administrator. If you can grant me permission to do that (you do not need to make me an administrator of the TPRU GitHub organization), I can set it up. Or you can do so (it is not hard and you can do it with a Travis CI account and following the steps here).
