huh? Actually this is what we get via the rest api from them.

( ) is missing

These are terminal specific and leo is a generic command line tool. So - nope.

Is it possible to have output saved as a markdown file?

Would be possible, but why do you need this? I'm asking because of course the dict data from dict.leo.org is copyrighted, it is not allowed to post them somewhere. Other than that, it could be done, yes.

Why do you need this?

I am going to use the data for personal purpose only.
I asked for markdown format so that I can get the links like this (\t is tab separator):
