Ontologies with no Entities

Describe the bug
ac, dwc and chrono ontologies are ingested without an error but they dont display any entities

To Reproduce
Use the config files of these ontologies from the config repo.

Expected behavior
In ols3 they display a couple of classes. It should be investiagated how ols3 is able to do this or is it displaying them fully.

Additional context
Susanne: the problems with these vocabs is that they refer to term lists by dcterms:partOf or something like that. they do not use owl:imports which would actually get the terms... they probably have a reason for that.
