The different base layers (cf. #17 ) load data from external servers. We need to provide text snippets for journals to include on their website so that GDPR rules can be followed. Also, a small "map data privace" link at the bottom of each map may be warrented that shows a short text (cf. OPTIMAP). In the user facing UI, Esri's background layer should not be shown by default?
