This project consists of two independent parts:

1. Improving the email infrastructure of TEAMMATES.
   1. Ability to detect bouncing/incorrect emails.
   2. Safeguards to prevent using TEAMMATES for spamming.
   3. A way for users to retrieve lost submission links sent via email.
2. Allowing instructors to send customized emails to students.
   1. Ability to define variables in the mail subject/body, e.g. {{ shortname }}.
   2. Ability to upload data for populating the variables.
   3. Ability to preview emails before sending.
   4. Ability to schedule sending customized emails.
   5. Ability to save customizable templates for later reuse.
