curate reactions from iYali4.0.3 that were not included later versions

A set of reactions from iYali4.0.3 were not automatically included in iYali4.1. These reactions include gene-associated but also not gene-associated reactions. It is unclear why/how these were added in the original reconstruction, but the absence of them does not introduce gaps in iYali4.1. Nonetheless, would be good to curate these reactions, to see which are supported by good evidence and should be included.
