We gave a tutorial at COMBINE 2020 and we're giving another tutorial at IWBDA 2021. We should maintain these tutorial scripts in pySBOL3 and ensure that these are part of the unit and nightly testing.

Some form of the jupyter command might be useful to execute the notebook form of the tutorial.

jupyter nbconvert --execute tutorial_answer_key.ipynb --to python

Maybe we should have a stand-alone "tutorial-code" repository that has just the tutorial in it?

Hi
I think about solving this issue. Should I create a directory and put the tutorials code inside then after creating test files or it will be better to create the stand-alone 'tutorial-code'?

@Omarelsherif010 We have continued to use SynBioDex/Community-Media for tutorials, most recently in the Fall of 2022. We discussed migrating to google colab for the tutorials because others have done this with some success. I think this issue is best left alone.

If you are interested in working with the tutorial materials and google colab you could investigate porting https://github.com/SynBioDex/Community-Media/blob/master/2022/IWBDA22/sbol3-workshop/tutorial.ipynb to google colab.
