Current Status of Excel-Utilities and overall Excel-to-SBOL update (12/07/23):

simple_library.xlsx has been successfully replicated to the standard of SBOL_utilities.
Post-processing tool capable of finding combinatorial derivations that should be components stored in temp3.py.
Post-processing tool also capable of converting combinatorial derivations to components.

Current Tasks:

Convert all templates from the test folder in SBOL_utilities and successfully replicate the output in Excel-to-SBOL
two_backbones is currently being used as an example.
Working on incorporating more than one backbone into a composite part is the current issue.
