Easy publish of speakers and sessions

For speakers and sessions, we need to manually publish everything that we would like to show on the page. And usually, this is done in bulk. Today you need to edit a speaker or a session to do that. It would be nice to have a button to toggle publish/unpublish easily from the overview page that lists all the speakers and all the sessions.
