Elastix presentation and demos, April & May 2023!

Dear all,

We are planning to give a series of short sessions on elastix in April and May 2023. They will last approximately ~30min each.

April
Presentation: "Overview of the current status of elastix"
Dates:

• April 13th, 10AM CET
• April 28th, 4PM CET

(Note: same presentation in both sessions)

May

• Thursday May 4th, 10AM & 4PM CET --> Demo: itk-elastix and integration with MONAI
• Thursday May 11th, 10AM & 4PM CET --> Demo: elastix-napari plugin
• Friday May 19th --> Tentative demo from a member of the elastix community

The online elastix session series will conclude with a presentation/demo from our LKEB/LUMC colleague Chinmay Rao (@cnmy-ro)! Chinmay is a PhD candidate working on accelerating MRI reconstruction methods, and will show how he is using itk-elastix for his research.
