What is the feature request for?

Registry Core

What problem/inconvenience (if any) will this feature solve?

Create a wrapper service to integrate the identity, credential-schema and credentials services to issue VC's for the health campaign services in digit.

  1. Java HCM wapper
  2. Test the ULP services to create VC's
  3. Integration of the Wrapper and the ULP services

Describe the feature clearly.

We have gone with using 1.0.0 for the POC
