Custom Commands

Hi, i was wondering if anyone can teach me how to make custom commands?
I have no experience in coding at all, no basics either. I mostly just watch Youtube tutorials. I want to make just a simple kick, and timeout command. I tried really hard to learn the stuffs inside the file but i understand nothing.. It'll make my day if someone can just teach me stuffs. Though its turn into a long discussion since i'm not a fast learner haha. Tysm!
