Describe the bug
"Navbar" component is all white, while app is running in Dark Mode by default.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Web Frontend in web browser,
  2. Look into Navbar,

Expected behavior
"Navbar" component should change it's background and foreground colors to follow Material Design's rules of Dark Mode.
