Version: 0.11.1.0 beta release-750

Steps to Reproduce:
log in have hoe on body
use hoe on ground to till

Expected behavior:
it should check off of the box user the hoe to till at least 9 spaces of dirt around your house

Actual behavior:
it does not check off the box even thought I have 20 tilled dirt spaces now ?

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
No mods installed
