Organism curation:

• Sort the Organisms by Genus / Species.
• Document how current auto-mapping is done.

New Data imports:

• Import entire wikidata as a new collection
• NPMRD - Only interested in the experimental ones i.e., the ones with literature references.
• TPCN - Expand the name = TerPenoids database embedded with Content information

Documentation:

• Documentation - Entire process of a new Dataset submission with details steps 2 and 3 as mentioned in the slide

NPLikeness curation:

• Focus on the molecules with negative score
• Get a list of trusted Collections
• Pareto principle - sort the collections based on size and then focus on the non-trustworthy ones.
• Remove SN3 molecules with negative score + no organism / no citation (no annotations) + also found in the non-trustworthy one.
• Remove the ones from SureChEMBl they are not NPs.
• Diveristy analysis on clustering and see if we can map the clusters to identify them with bad compounds. #355
