Feature request: Autoplay interval value per slide

Hi,

This looks like a great option for a JavaScript carousel plug-in, so thank you for your efforts! I'm particularly liking the attention paid to accessibility :)

A feature request… It would be excellent to be able to set a pause duration for each slide so that if there's a lot of content in a particular slide it can be set to pause for longer than a slide with little content. Currently it looks like it's only possible to set a single Interval value. Ideally a data-attribute per slide might be a nice way to do this?

Mmm, I cannot imagine but how does the user know the duration change?

Thanks for the response, Naotoshi. I don't feel like the user needs to know, it's just a subtle thing that lets them consume the information in each slide without either having too-long delays or not enough time to read before transition. It's similar to what is available in swiper.js via their data-swiper-autoplay attribute in that it just lets the developer curate how long slides are displayed for, depending on their content. In our applications we might have a carousel which has a slide with only a couple of words of content, and other slides in the same carousel which have 2 or 3 paragraphs of text. It's nice to be able to accommodate that automatically to some degree by allowing the user time to read the content of the slide before auto-transitioning. (As well as proving pause/play options too of course). It's only a small thing but it'd be really nice to have. From experience we find that customers often aren't happy with the slide duration - they either have to wait too long or don't have enough time to read the content if we just set the same pause time for each slide. We've found that if we adjust the pause time depending on the word count of the slide, then we don't get any complaints, so that's where the request stems from.

Would there be a straightforward way to do this with custom code if it's not something you'd consider as core functionality (though I do feel that it's a useful core feature, personally :) )?
