Use :where() in Splide CSS

Hi Splide folk!

I've just begun using Splide in place of Swiffy and Slick and it's been great so far.

I've had a thought though that I can't see addressed in this repo as yet: can we prepend splide-generated styles with the :where() pseudo class?

This would zero out splide-related specificities and follow other mainstream vendors (WooCommerce springs to mind) to allow front end devs to more easily adapt Splide styles to their project's styles.

Thoughts?
