Splide track cuts off box-shadow of slide element

There's an issue I have now, that if the slide element contains a box-shadow, then the splide__track crops it.

Obviously you can add 'padding' as option, but unfortunately for horizontal slider it doesn't apply to top and bottom edge of splide track (only to left-right sides)

Another option is to overwrite css rule for .splide__track -> add padding, or for .splide__slide -> add margin. But the script side of splidejs will still fix that rule.

Oops, sorry, my bad :)

The css rule overwrites just fine, the issue is that I'm using Svelte and tried to overwrite splide rules directly in the component!

Each component in Svelte is encapsulated by default, meaning that styles from one component will not affect styles in another component.
