[Issue]: Going back to a previous page with Rock:MediaPlayer causes crash.

Describe the Issue in Detail

When pressing the back button to navigate backward in the navigation stack, if navigating "back" to a page which contains a Rock:MediaPlayer element, then the app will crash.

Can reproduce in

• Orange App
• Blue App

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a basic page using the following xaml:

2. Correct the "Command Parameter" to any other page in the app.

3. Load into the app ( using orange or blue ) and press the "test" button to navigate to the next page.

4. Press the back button to go back to the previous page. The app will now crash.

Expected Behavior

It is expected to navigate back to the previous page.

Actual Behavior

The app stops ( crashes ) while trying to navigate to the previous page.
