Crashing on loading (1.12.2) #523

Game Crashes with latest 1.12.2 release in Forge 14.23.5.2860

To reproduce, download the same modlist and forge version and try loading it

Expected Behaviour was for the modpack to open normally

There are no screenshots but I have this crash report:
