国密是一个闭源的东西，个人没有太多深入的研究，不评价算法实现；欣赏拥抱开源的心态，粗略的看了里面几行代码建议

引入maven管理依赖；
代码，参考阿里巴巴JAVA开发手册中的规范调整；
按照JCA规范组织国密相关代码；
对国密规范多整理些关于算法及双证书体系的有用的share出来；

期待年轻的活力

非常感谢这位前辈的提议，因为当时的一个想法，就把平时在学校所学的东西集成到了app中，理论方面与实践方面我还是有很多不足的地方，再次感谢您的提议
