ADC 显示和 bl_iot_sdk官方代码有出入, 官方的和demo可以对上

ADC的部分，hal_adc.h头文件里面的初始化函数和实际调用的初始化函数参数个数不一致。感觉应该是头文件里面出什么问题了。
