Customizable warning message in home screen

We want to be able to show some warning or announcement message in the home screen of the application. This message would be selected and activated remotely and selectively.

This should be implemented using the Remote Config feature of Firebase: https://firebase.google.com/docs/remote-config

This allows to target selected audiences, like people with a specific app version.
By default there is no message.
