I'm using remap-istambul in a TS project where source and output files have not same hierarchy : src are directly in main directory and output are in 'out/src' path.
Remap-istanbul produce relative path ('../../MySource.ts') which are con well suited when I try to see detailed information about code coverage (for example html report: shows une exception because it is noy able to find the file).
in a local "patched" version. setting 'useAbsolutioPaths' on remap options parameter a could fix this issue.
I can provide modified code (even if it is as simple as it sounds...)
