3DPolyhedralMesher fails with multiple points on one same position #1

This particular scenario happens when you wish to confine surface points into the Polyhedron.

Workaround in ParaView:

Mask Points with "Generate Vertices" and "Single Vertex Per Cell"
vtkCleanPolyDataFilter
Mask Points with same properties.
