[Bug] Check in endpoint doesn't work #46

Expected Behavior

Endpoint to mark a project as checked in should then lead to the project being served to judges.

This errored during TH 24

Steps to Reproduce

Call the check in endpoint

Device Information

Desktop/Mobile: Desktop
OS: macOS Monterey 12.3.1
Browser Version: Safari 15.4
