Investigate libparsec reporting issues in sentry

Follow up after #8934

The user that first reported #8934 had the following log in their main.log file:

Error when calling workspaceMount: WorkspaceMountErrorInternal (Cannot load the WinFSP DLL: error Cannot find WinFSP install directory.)

However, no such error got reported on the parsec3-libparsec project in sentry. I have been able to reproduce the problem (by uninstalling winfsp) and had the reporting enabled on a properly released parsec install (version 3.1.0). The errors still did not end up in sentry.

The sentry parsec3-libparsec project still reports some panics, so we should investigate which class of error is properly reported and which one is not.
