Need to enhance SciBot to also add article level annotations to documents. These could initially come from the NIF/SciCrunch annotation source. Maryann suggested that the snippet could list the number of annotations per data source (e.g. 55 from CTD) and have each individual data source mention link back to that data in NIF/SciCrunch.
One issue would be that we would need to have a stable URI/URL for these types of links (i.e. not based on specific search syntax).

SciBot can already do this (or at least it is implemented in hypothesis.py) we just have not had a use case for it. I just need to know what data we want to put there. I can probably also make it possible to do periodic updates to those annotations.
I've never got round to publishing Hypothesis.py standalone, but it's time
to do that so I will. While I'm at it I'll take a pass through to clean up
and improve things. Article-level notes (pagenotes) are one example of a
thing the module could document and simplify.
