  1. There is a numbers mismatch between len(first_release) and len(pas) but len(pas) matches as does len(PublicAnno.objects). Basically I seem to be be failing silently somewhere.
  2. DOI and PMID page notes (dois in text and integrity checking). Generate from the Papers classes, and create a new PublicPageNote class. Run updates for PMIDs internally and dedupe?
  3. Remove RRIDCUR:Unresolved tags (patch).
  4. Annotations by other users that were copied to public before but could not be retrieved.

@bandrow if you notice anything else drop it here

  1. annotations open resolver in hypothesis overlay; must specify open in new window
Paper I am looking at (tested a couple of others behavior similar): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5624781/#annotations:mEY2qMTLEeesAjuMKYgPJw
  • scibot resolver link - opens scicrunch resolver in hypothesis
  • all other resolvers do the same
  • find out more link works as expected

  1. Links to the oldest 3 papers using the RRID besides the current paper. Max 3 with ... for more to registry.

    Other papers using this resource:

    PMID:1234567 PMID:7654321 PMID:6543217 ...

  2. All links should open in a new tab.
  3. Find all jcabotaj and gabimpine public annotations (maybe bandrow).
  4. Process for public author annotations. Reply as scibot with the standard public annotation text and tags.
