On other teleconferencing applications, sometimes one participant is very quiet and another is loud. It would be nice if the app calculated an average loudness while speaking, compared peers' loudness, and automatically increased the quiet participant's volume.

if someone wants to yell into the microphone, that shouldn't make any one else's volume increase.
