feat(Groups): Update settings for Group creator

Task:
Right now only the group creator can add or remove users to the group, it would be nice if anyone within that group was able to add more users in (I thought it would be cool to possibly let them remove users too but I will let higher ups decide that)

Matt suggested that we give the group creator more settings to choose from, meaning by default only the creator can add/remove friends unless they go into the settings and select the option for other users to add/remove friends to the group etc

*if this needs to be added into warp - its best to hold off on this ticket

According to Matt we will probably need changes to warp for this so it's going to the backlog.
