files(script): create a script to drag and drop folders around within a grid in the files page

We should be able to click and drag a file or folder icon around the files page allowing us to hover before a file or folder and generate some kind of indication that when you let go, it will re sort to sit somewhere else. Additionally we should be able to drag a file or folder over a folder, showing the folder-open icon before placing the item we're dragging inside the folder when we let go on top of it.

No my friend, this ticket is about reorder files inside storage, or if we have a file there, we can drag it to a folder already there as well!
