Issue encountered due to unsupported Queue being used.

Pushing this out as a number of metadata objects which we use are still unsupported in the conversation process. Likely to be Spring 2025 before we look at this again.

Process has been testing and proved to work on an Org with a fresh install, however failed on an Org with previous versions of the package due to some unsupported metadata, possibly Groups. This has been fed back
