Feature: Weather related commands

Goal of this feature
Weather related information on demand alongside possible weather alerts.
Not a priority feature, but is a nice to have thing.

Describe the feature

• Look into fetching weather alerts from the Finnish Meteorological Institute's API (if exists?)
  These could then be sent to users in certain regions automatically.

• A weather command that takes in a city or an airport and then displays data like temperature, humidity, weather conditions etc.

These could then be sent to users in certain regions automatically.

Seems like Finnish Meteorological Institute provides weather alerts as RSS feed. We can look into weather alerts when #2 is under development.
