set up failed

I have been trying to download the safe exam browser for multiple days but I keep getting the set up failed message.

I tried separetely downloading C++ the same "set up failed" message.

Net also showed the "set up failed" message but it is currently saying that I have already installed a version, but I can't seem to find said version anywhere.
I updated my windows and have a stable internet connection.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't help.
Can anybody help solve this problem as I need it for tomorrow.

Try uninstalling the Visual C++ Redistributable, restart your system and manually install the redistributable using the respective installer for your platform as linked in the release notes of SEB. You may also want to ensure that your system is up to date beforehand (i.e. that all Windows Updates are installed and the certificate store of your system is in order).
