用其做开题报告时无法跨页 #85

意思就是注释掉了大部分东西，强行用该模板做开题报告。结果发现在proposal上打了一大串文字，最终显示时无法让文字实现跨页，只能手动 // 才有让它们跨页的可能（怕不是只有我一个人用它写开题报告哦）
