new icons with a consistent family feel, suitable for non-gamers

This will get more important when the new avatars appear.

note that this isn't the avatars, it's stuff like the 'gear' icons

I know. I'd love to see better icons! When you have plenty of time, also for the xpce based IDE tools :)
After the dust wrt collaboration has settled we should be looking for some designer to help making the thing look nice and consistent. I'm hopeless in that respect :(
