  • Really like the timeline and swipe feature. Many want to consider breaking the steps of the process into bullet-like format.
  • Might be good to include the forms a user might need and information about filing an answer and notice of appearance.
  1. i like the concept of the timeline on the bottom but it is not accurate. the length of a foreclosure does not last years as indicated in the timeline. also there may need to be an explanation to make it more effective.
  2. i like that there is an easy way to get back to the original menu. it is easy to find and navigate.
  3. would like to see an intro of some kind on the first page.
  4. I REALLY like the housing counselor look up page.
  5. there are pieces missing from the site like the sample forms to help people identify forms they may have seen and also the fill-able answer and notice of appearance. but i would imagine this is difficult to get done in the app in the time frame provided.
  6. this app is definitely much closer to what i would like to see as a final product.
  • I thought this one was more aesthetically pleasing, but found it a little hard to navigate and wonder if it would really translate on mobile. I would think it wouldn't. Didn't find forms. Did NOT like the timeline scroll on the bottom with actual dates. This would get VERY confusing for the homeowner.
  • The site was incomplete
  • My thoughts about the 'foreclosure guide'.
  • The front slide is nice. The big tiles are great in that it gets the point across right away.
  • The list of important terms are nice collection. some of the items i might need more info. for instance here is the Summons definition. Ignoring the spelling, I think I would want to know more about what to do when I see a summons. May you can place a link 'more info' for each term?
  • "Summons:
A legal document that notifi es a party that a legal proceeding has been started."
  • The timeline is if good set on info but the user only have a view of one step. If I don't know what stage I am in I wouldn't know where to go unless I click through the entire app and read it. Maybe a good way to fix is to include a one page timeline that has all the stages.
Also what is up with the dates "nov. 16th 2009"? how are these dates significant?
  • Need help is great and simple to use. - good job!
Liked that the Legal Disclaimer was upfront and clear - really liked the timeline/sliders - but the actual dates were confusing - would take those out and just have it without set dates
  • Thanks for the good work. Easy to use. Just a suggestion from an older woman - When you say Swipe to Activate I was swiping up and down instead of sideways.
  • Having the Resource Agencies listed by county is very helpful. Did not see that on the other group projects.
  • Great job.
