Sprint Retrospective

As part of our commitment to inspect and adapt as a team we conduct a Sprint Retrospective at the end of every Sprint. Here are the results of our Sprint Retrospective:

✅ What went well?

• Great feedback on the UX from NDC London
• JK and Vlad put out GPT Quizzes fire
• JK and Vlad put out the registrations fire (by rolling back the version)
• Vlad - lots of help from Jeoffrey (IdentityServer) and SysAdmins (Azure)
• API/app running much more stable
• Wicksy, Jeoffrey, Ben D have been great testers

❌ What didn’t go so well?

• Losing Vlad to client work next week 🥲
